We gym, jog, do sit-ups, pushups, drink awful shakes, STARVE and ALL for what? To try and fit into that extremely tight pair of jeggings? To wear that teensy-tiny little top and show off a little bit of that forming six pack? To wear that VERY HOT bikini and NOT feel like everyone is pointing at you and laughing behind their hands? To fit into a society full of fake people?
This brings one question to my mind - are we doing this for ourselves or for someone else? Doing it for yourself is a great motivation, but doing this for someone else, no way!! If people (loved ones, colleagues, friends, general public) can’t accept you for who you are and what shape you might be on the outside, IT’S THEIR LOSS!!
Don’t understand me wrong. It is good to be a healthy and active person and there is absolutely nothing wrong with a muscular guy = YUMMY!! Just do it for the right reasons.
